Frequently Asked Questions

How long does my video stay online?

We keep your video on our server for 24 hours before deleting it. However, if you sign up for an account, we will keep it online for as long as you have an active account or till you delete the video yourself.
How long does it take to add subtitles to a video?

This depends on a number of factors, including the length of the video, the amount of speech within it, and the load on our server. A video that is 5 minutes or less in length usually only takes a few seconds to transcribe. If you upload a video and aren’t able to view its captions immediately after being redirected to our online video player, try refreshing the page after a couple of minutes.
Does this tool have any limitations?

You can upload one video file at a time and a maximum of 2 videos a day. MP4 videos can be up to 1GB in size, while other video formats must be 250MB or smaller, and no longer than 30 minutes. To remove these limitations, please upgrade to the Plus plan.
