## What Jumpshare does

Native screen recording. Unlike tools built on Chromium frameworks such as Electron, Jumpshare is fully native on both macOS and Windows, which delivers faster 4K rendering, no lag, deeper operating system integration, and minimal strain on the machine. Capture the full screen, a selected area, or a single window with system audio, microphone, and webcam. There is no watermark on recordings on any plan. Recording tools include a teleprompter, on-screen draw annotations, background blur and filters, custom webcam shapes and layouts, confetti, click tracking, and a do-not-disturb mode. Free accounts record up to 5 minutes at 1080p; paid plans record for unlimited time in up to 4K.

Video editing. Trim, split, and join clips in the same place the recording was made, without a separate editor. Set a custom image or short video clip as the thumbnail.

Video hosting and the web player. Every recording is hosted on a fast web player that works on any device. Viewers get chapters, captions, and a polished playback experience without installing anything. The player supports custom branding with a logo and brand colors, embedding with granular controls, and a custom domain on paid plans.

Video marketing and conversion. Add clickable call-to-action buttons inside the player so viewers can book a call, start a trial, or visit a site. Collect viewer details before or after playback to turn a video into a warm lead. Custom-branded emails are available on Business and Enterprise.

Jumpshare AI. Available on Business and Enterprise plans. Every recording is automatically given a title, transcription, summary, contextual chapters, and action items derived from the audio, with captions and transcriptions in more than 50 languages. Jumpshare AI can also turn a recording into structured SOPs documentation and project tasks.

Video analytics. See who watched, how long they stayed, where they tuned out, and where they viewed from, plus clicks and engagement insights. Advanced analytics are available on Business and Enterprise.

Video collaboration. Timed comments, video markups, comment preferences, team activity streams, shared and team libraries, version history, and advanced video search across transcripts.

Screenshot and GIF capture. Built in so no extra software is needed. Pixel-perfect PNG or JPG screenshots, scrolling capture for content taller than the screen, and looping GIF capture for quick bug reports and UI demos (15 seconds free, 60 seconds on paid plans). The annotation toolset includes arrows, text, highlights, blur, focus, magnify, emoji, custom backgrounds, and text or logo watermarks. One-click redaction automatically removes emails, passwords, IP addresses, and credit card numbers.

Privacy and sharing controls. Password protection, expiring links, self-destructing content, disabled downloads and printing, scheduled sharing, restriction to specific people, workspace-only privacy, and universal content privacy.

- Basic — Free. 25 uploads, 5-minute recordings at 1080p, 15-second GIFs, 250 MB maximum upload size, screenshot and GIF capture, video markups, timed comments, basic search, social OAuth login, Slack integration, and SSL-secured sharing.
- Plus — $12 per user per month billed annually ($144 per user per year), or $15 per user per month billed monthly. Unlimited uploads and recording length, up to 4K video, 60-second GIFs, 10 GB maximum upload size, captions and transcriptions, video and audio editing, CTA buttons, custom and GIF thumbnails, customizable player, advanced screenshots, password protection, expiring and self-destructing links, analytics and engagement insights, advanced video search, embedding controls, version history, custom domain and branding, and no ads in the viewer. Storage starts at 2 TB and grows by 250 GB per additional user; bandwidth is 250 GB per user per month.
- Business — $16 per user per month billed annually ($192 per user per year), or $20 per user per month billed monthly. Everything in Plus, plus Jumpshare AI (automatic titles, summaries, chapters, and documents), tasks and SOPs generated from videos, lead generation from videos, custom-branded emails, universal content privacy, workspace data export, team activity stream, and Zapier. Storage starts at 3 TB and grows by 500 GB per additional user; bandwidth is 500 GB per user per month. A 14-day free trial is available.
- Enterprise — Custom pricing. Everything in Business, plus organization-wide policies, SSO (SAML), custom contract, consolidated billing, priority support, a dedicated account manager, and a 99.99% guaranteed uptime SLA. Storage is custom; bandwidth is 1 TB per user per month.

Both storage and bandwidth scale with team size rather than being fixed caps. A workspace's monthly bandwidth is its per-user allowance multiplied by its number of users, so each person added raises it by another 250 GB on Plus, 500 GB on Business, and 1 TB on Enterprise. Storage grows the same way, on top of the starting amount included with the plan. Bandwidth counts only views by other people and resets on the 1st of each month; viewing your own videos does not count. Plans can be changed or cancelled at any time during the subscription period.
