I refreshed the page but didn't see a prompt to enable mic access. What do I do?

It seems you may have blocked mic access for this page. You'll have to change the permissions for the page in your browser. On Google Chrome, you can do this by clicking on the Settings icon in the left corner of the address bar and switching the Microphone option on from the pop-up.
Why can't I see my microphone in the drop-down menu at the top?

Your microphone may be disconnected or configured improperly. If you have an external microphone, check that it is connected properly. If you're on Windows, try reinstalling the proper audio drivers for your system.
