How long does my video stay online?

We keep your MP4 video on our server for 24 hours before deleting it. However, if you sign up for an account, we will keep it online for as long as you have an active account or till you delete the video yourself.
How long does it take to add subtitles to a video?

This depends on a number of factors, including the length of the MP4 video, the amount of speech within it, and the load on our server. A video that is 5 minutes or less in length usually only takes a few seconds to transcribe. If you upload a video and aren’t able to view its captions immediately after being redirected to our online video player, try refreshing the page after a couple of minutes.
Does this tool have any limitations?

You can upload one MP4 video file at a time and a maximum of 2 videos a day. Each video file must be 250MB or smaller in size and no longer than 30 minutes. To remove these limitations, please upgrade to the Plus plan.
Is it safe to add subtitles to my video using this tool?
