How long does my audio stay online?

We keep your MP3 audio file on our server for 24 hours before deleting it. However, if sign up for an account, we will keep it online for as long as you have an active account or till you delete the audio file yourself.
How long does it take to transcribe audio?

This depends on a number of factors, including the length of the MP3 audio, the amount of speech within it, and the load on our server. An audio file that is 5 minutes or less in length usually only takes a few seconds to transcribe. If you upload an audio file and aren’t able to view its transcript immediately after being redirected to our online audio player, try refreshing the page after a couple of minutes.
Does this tool have any limitations?

You can upload one MP3 audio file at a time and a maximum of 2 audio files a day. Each audio file must be 100MB or smaller in size, and a maximum of 1 hour long. To remove these restrictions, please sign up for a free account.
Is it safe to transcribe my audio using this tool?

Yes! Your audio file is transferred to our server using an SSL connection and stored using military-grade AES-256 encryption.
