How long does my video stay online?

We keep your media file on our server for 24 hours before deleting it. However, if you sign up for an account, we will keep it online for as long as you have an active account or till you delete the video yourself.
Does this tool have any limitations?

You can upload one video file at a time and a maximum of 2 videos a day. MP4 videos can be up to 1GB in size, while other video formats must be 250MB or smaller. Additionally, each video must be no longer than 60 minutes. To remove these restrictions, please upgrade to the Plus plan.
How long does it take the tool to generate an SOP?

This depends on a number of factors, including the length of the video, the amount of speech within it, and the load on our server. A video that is 5 minutes or less in length typically only takes a few seconds to transcribe.
Is it safe to upload videos to this tool?

Yes! Your video is transferred to our server using an SSL connection and stored using military-grade AES-256 encryption.
