How long does my video stay online?

We keep your audio file on our server for 24 hours before deleting it. However, if you sign up for an account, we will keep it online for as long as you have an active account or till you delete the audio file yourself.
How long does it take the tool to translate subtitles?

This depends on a number of factors, including the length of the audio file, the amount of speech within it, and the load on our server. An audio file that is 5 minutes or less in length typically only takes a few seconds to transcribe and translate.
Does this tool have any limitations?

You can upload one audio file at a time and a maximum of 2 audio files a day. Each audio file must be 100MB or smaller in size, and a maximum of 30 minutes long. To remove these limits, consider signing up for a free account or upgrading to the Plus plan.
Is it safe to upload audio files to this tool?

Yes! Your audio file is transferred to our server using an SSL connection and stored using military-grade AES-256 encryption.
