Knowing when the recipients have accessed the files you shared is crucial when dealing with clients/projects. Jumpshare already notifies users when recipients have viewed the files.
This feature has been so popular that many of our users requested we add a similar functionality to track downloads as well. Today we’re happy to announce that you’ll be notified when recipients download the files you shared with them. The feature has been rolled out to all users.
You can also track the status of shared files from the Activity tab. If you do not wish to receive the email notifications, you can choose to disable them from Email Notifications in Settings.
