I refreshed the page but didn't see a prompt to enable webcam access. What do I do?
It seems you may have blocked webcam access for this page. You'll have to change the permissions for the page in your browser. On Google Chrome, you can do this by clicking on the Settings icon in the left corner of the address bar and switching the Camera option on from the pop-up.
Why can't I see my webcam in the drop-down menu at the top?
Your webcam may be disconnected or configured improperly. If you have an external camera, check that it is connected properly. If you're on Windows, try reinstalling the drivers for your camera.
